"Service Was Good, But Then... "
They responded to my inquiry about my delivery pretty fast and efficiently.

But here's the kicker... I was really impressed with the service at first, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong stuff 🙄 The packing slip and order form are spot on, but the items in the box? Not even close!

"Lack of Communication"
I ordered some padlocks back in November, expecting them to arrive in a week. After seven days with no word, I reached out for an update. They assured me it would be sorted within a week. Fast forward two weeks, and still no sign of my order. I contacted them again today, only to learn that delivery isn't expected until January. So, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled my order. Honestly, I’ve got nothing positive to say about this company. Just steer clear.

"Save yourself the hassle."
Total junk, terrible support, zero info on orders, even from the Customer Service Manager who can only take a wild guess on when stuff will ship. It's been 17 days since I ordered some padlocks, and they haven't even been sent out yet. Just steer clear.

The quality is lacking, and the fitting is so tight that I can't even get it off, not even with a vice. I had to swap out the fitting since it didn't match my air line.

"Avoid This Place at All Costs"
I placed an order for two products from this company, but one was out of stock (which I only discovered later after reaching out to them) and the other arrived damaged (the item was packed well with no visible signs of damage, so I can only assume it was sent out that way). I thought about returning the item for a refund, but after checking their terms and conditions, I realized I had to cover the return shipping costs! Seriously, Toolchimp, how is that even allowed? In the end, I sent it back directly to the manufacturer, who promptly sent me a replacement and even covered my shipping costs (shoutout to Henry-Squire Ltd, 10/10 for customer service). Oh, and did I mention their communication is lacking? I only found out the other item was out of stock because I called to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. They told me new stock would arrive in about 6 weeks, so if I hadn’t called, I would’ve been left waiting for ages... Now I’m on the hunt for some woodworking clamps, and guess who popped up in my Google search? Yep, Toolchimp. Not a chance, my friends, not today or any day in the future.

"Money Taken, But No Products Received"
It's been three weeks since I placed my order with Toolchimp, and I've got nada. Not a single email to inform me about my shipment. I reached out via email a week back, but still no response. They’ve taken my cash, and I’ve got zip. I had to buy new tools 'cause I needed 'em in a hurry, so honestly, a refund is the only thing that’ll do for me now. I'm completely stunned that this is going on. If I don’t hear something soon, I’ll be getting in touch with the ombudsman services this week.
